William Walker, MS, RD, CSOWM, is a board-certified specialist in obesity and weight management with over two decades of experience helping individuals achieve lasting health through evidence-based strategies and compassionate care. As the founder of Smart Shift Life, William combines science, structure, and mindset to guide clients in creating meaningful change—one shift at a time.

In addition to his work as an author and wellness educator, William provides advanced weight-management counseling using tools such as metabolic testing, body-composition analysis, and individualized nutrition planning. His coaching integrates behavior change science, stress and sleep optimization, and a sustainable approach to long-term health.

William's multidisciplinary background—including clinical nutrition, bariatric care, personal training, and leadership in food and wellness services—gives him a rare, real-world perspective on what it truly takes to transform health from the inside out.
